One could buy everything at 0.001 till the cows come home and the share price will remain at 0.001. This mob has nothing and under its current structure it will have nothing.
Next move will be a fund raiser to pay for the lawyers.
Another fund raiser with massive dilution followed by a restructure that will see most of the current share holders disappear off the register. There is no future for existing shareholders in IMI.
