I couldn't see anywhere in the SPP docs how much the company was looking to raise? Also assuming the 10% discount for the 5 day VWAP prior to the Allotment date is applied, it equates to an offer of about 1c. Wouldn't the price for the SPP normally be identified with the announcement?
