Well it was the night that China announced the end of the one child policy. After a bit of research I came to the conclusion that BAL would be the best choice at this time. This also led me to ONC and I spent the rest of my savings on 38c/share yesterday morning after the suspension lifted.
All I can say is boy this past week and a half has been fun for this student.
