Pan Pharmaceutical Limited (PPH) is a contract manufacturer of solid oral dosage healthcare and pharmaceutical products in Australia. The company has a formulation library of over 4500 tablets, capsules and soft gel products for distribution under the trademarks, brand names and registered labels of other companies worldwide. Currently 40% of production is exported.

Company Strategy

Well, the first thing we are going to do is throw out that Cod Liver Oil. Can you imagine people actually swallow that sh!t? Funny though, we have managed to substitute it with motor oil for the last couple of months and no one has noticed.
Then the staff and I are going to have a clean up. Its been mighty busy around here recently and things have got a wee bit out of hand so we might start with the filing. The admin staff are going to firstly burn all the contents of the large filing cabinet in my office and then progressively work their way through the other cabinets - shreading as they go. You can't be too careful.
Then its overseas for me and the senior management team...somewhere a bit less hot than Sydney - and preferably without a SARS outbreak. The last thing we would want is for someone to get sick and have to take medication - you never quite know what might be in those tablets and pills do you....
