I always overpay, when I see the vision..I don't like it, but averaging is the best.
I always need a vision of the end goal..
But I am very critical of every action of the directors..
The right directors are important to me when I invest. As well as their business model.
If I can see major progress in the right direction and the right company vision, then it's a thumbs up from me.
