I think you will find that buyers on Thursday do have entitlements ,``up until 7pm on Nov 12``, that's the genius behind this scheme . if you want .7 of you r share @ 3.85 ,you buy on Thursday . That's the way I read it and to clarify this ,they even corrected their mistake of putting an Oct 12th date in the original document .
