Chobby, the rate of specials should be at the same rate as previously reported. It is when there is a change to what they previously reported that they have to update the market.
I am not sure what time frame they are using to average out special recoveries? ie is the 1.2 figure from a months worth (36 specials from 30 days) or over ten days (12)? So an update will depend on the time frame used for the average and a significant change, will they report 1.3 or 1.1? Maybe a question to be asked of the BOD if you have not yet been contacted Daz?
