I agree I thought it strange at first but whoever that 5c bidder is, is getting filled slowly. Hopefully there 700,000 shares at 5c per share for a total of $35k bid is due to something positive about to happen for PVD that I certainly don't know about. Hopefully the resolutions prove to be a positive moving forward for PVD at tomorrow's AGM if memory serves.
