I have previously received messages from Kim Hyman in the past but they all went quiet during the Samsung saga. I know some people here disagree with the dispute settlement but I personally feel that given the circumstances they made the right decision. The Samsung issue had dragged on for far too long, if they didn't settle the dispute the company would be limbo for who knows how long.

Early settlement of the dispute would indicate that NWH have confidence in other means of generating cash for the business in the future.
