One thing is certain and that's oil will spike again (instantly rose 6% when Iran was announced as a party to talk two weeks ago) Thursday evening when the Iranians, Russians, US, Saudis and Euro meet in Vienna to discuss Syria (multi lateral oil supply restrictions).
A heads up too: scepter isn't done yet and odly enough they have a common major shareholder with hony...
