APPOINTMENT AND RESIGNATION OF COMPLIANCE COMMITTEE MEMBER OF THE RESPONSIBLE ENTITY  
The Trust Company (RE Services) Limited (ABN 45 003 278 831) (the Responsible Entity), part of Perpetual Limited, is the responsible entity for the registered schemes listed in the table below and wishes to advise that:  John Richardson has resigned as a member of the Responsible Entity’s compliance committee; and  Michael Vainauskas has been appointed as a member of the Responsible Entity’s compliance committee.  
The resignation and appointment are effective from 11 November 2015.
