Thanks so much for that Brian. I just watched the video too but your explanation of the VOIP process makes the whole concept make sense now.
So you have to be connected to data/internet all the time to use the app? So essentially if I went from Australia to Canada I would need to roam data or be on wifi for the app to work and thus paying for roaming data costs and the cost of calling through world phone.
Keeping the same number no doubt will be worth a lot more than roaming data.
