    It seems more logical to me that Simon Jackson was the key man approached to run BDR and he simply brought along previous work mates.

    He brought his dream team from previous companies, they happened to work for Kinross, Red back and Sarama. Most of the outgoing BDR guys were all at Agincourt together.

    I don't see a TO on the cards based on the current information we have.
