From the company secretary
Recce has not yet listed. We have extended the offer period so that we can:
1. Get confirmation from ASX that we have the requisite number of
shareholders (we need at least 350, we believe that we have achieved this
requirement); and
2. Respond to a question from ASIC
The IPO has been oversubscribed i.e. we have achieved the $5 million that
was the target.
Once we have the above two points appropriately addressed we should proceed
to the allotment of the shares.
