I have a query on agony though and potential blocking stake.
A) I read in the newspaper that Hony cannot sell its stake without Santos approval. Therefore, would a takeover be unlikely?
B) Also, would a takeover be more unlikely after 3 months time, where it can accumulate up to 10% of shares?
C) Therefore, if a predator is interested in STO, a hostile bid is more likely, and it will be sooner rather than later- as it would be more difficult later
Appreciate others thoughts on A) to C) above
