The only other complaint Ive made to them about suspected insider training, they didnt even contact me. Im interested to see if they respond this time. Ive heard other people say that ASIC dont do anything. Our regulator doesnt do much to keep an even playing field. We need that guy who is in charge of the Racing Commission who got shot at the other day because of the efforts he is making to stamp out corruption in the racing industry to come and take over ASIC.
I guess there is the possibilty that these Directors have had a dispute with the other board members, sold there shares and resigned and then the remaining board members put out a really negative report just to set them up because they know it will make them look really bad. Thats an outside possibility. Maybe they are truly innocent or ignorant and had no idea this downgrade was coming. However its highly likely they did and the whole situation should be investigated.
