re ousting of the board without shareholder approval, seen that before, IMO it's other managers/directors with a decent amount of shares, (perhaps also being nudged by other large holders of shares, LOL atomic/JID) banding together and removing deadwood out of frustration. Maybe that is a bit harsh, since PB also announces he's happy with this change.
That I find interesting - if indeed he was happy to let go of the reigns. That's harmony, so this was not a stab in the back as much as a 'let's all fix it together' type scenario (or trying to appear this way),
now, bringing in outsiders, not just reshuffling the deck,
there's that nagging smell again, I guess I still can't rule out intentions of takeover.

I'm still dark on this manipulation of SP, and I know many will reply saying that it's not being manipulated, it's just the market, but man it's vicious and cut throat. If this next quarter is shithouse, then fine, it was all fair,

but if we smash through 25c after the next report thanks to low operating costs and many grams gotted, then will I feel 'manipulation' was a fair call,
and this again would point to manipulation with intent to takeover at a lower price.
