It's early days and I'm hoping for a bounce before the trend gets ugly but market confidence has certainly been shaken.

THREE of the FOUR tenders have said they are fully funded for the NEGI without government help, the announcement for NEGI will not be that is funded; the announcement will be which tender has won.
