You must be a supporter of mvp with that comment about the company buying back shares.
First of all such a program requires declaration by announcement.
Having said that there may be a strong case n reducing the number of shares and pushing the sp up but I don't think so at this stage. It could happen if mvp don't believe their are any other better options to invest their money like acquisitions.
