lctran - the ASX is littered with shells. IMO timing is more important than value as nobody knows what the acquisition will be and when it will be. We can only look for clues. With the folks involved it's likely to be tech and with the volume around I would say that it's not that far off. Others may want to pay no more than 1.6c as they are trying to gauge value. IMO - one can't really do that in shells. There are some shells at below $1m. But that doesn't mean that there will be an acquisition for them soon.
