Well I have to say the directors buying all these share at .5 cents makes a mockery of their argument that no-one wants to pay 25% above the previous bid of .4 cents.
In fact their entire argument is blown out of the water and they have undermined their main rationale for the consolidation. The timing of all this buying does ask some questions though.
