Some Fundamentals of the Rights Issue
Rights Issues unlike Placements require the Issue of a Prospectus to all shareholders outlining various details that include risk factors. In yesterday's notice last paragraphs this was explained. It is also standard procedure.
Rights Issues can NOT be "cut off dated" until this Prospectus Issues officially to the ASX.
Timetable for Prospectus Issue to ASX is 23rd November, mailed out early December to All eligible Shareholders early December and a proposed Closing/get your money in 17th December.
Shares will issue, shortfalls if any allocated in the week/10 days to end of December.

Now there could be a "trick" around the Record Date of 27th November. In that T3 may operate [think it does] but T3 would mean the shares last buying/selling date would be the 25th? or maybe the 24th?
Considering the UK holders involvement eligibility might even be 4 pm on the 23rd prospectus issue.

Anyhow the Record Date is NOT the 27th November. but some days earlier.
This CR Rights Issue is going to produce an interesting Rhythm in Volume.
There's to be a lot of Jockeying between Buyers and Sellers. A lot of very High End/Big Money Market Dynamics going on.
What's really not needed is heavy Day Trading Volume of churning for a pip or two but unfortunately at 15 cents even .05 moves is 3%+, 1 cent is 6%+ and such figures are attractive to arbitrage players especially multiple/intra day.
With this high volume for example the likes of Martis the Heart could ride on board.

Anyhow  outlined last night to King Louie a scenario I'm looking at ,that's prompting me to "do an insaf" and buy a minimal parcel to perhaps pyramid up from. Application TA and FA to Market Dynamics "experience".
  Seeking the answer to IS NEW Money Buying ?  as I "postulated" yesterday.
