I don't agree ....it is not all doom and gloom.

I wouldn't say selling 1million out of 9 million is getting out in a hurry. I don't see it as a major issue. DAvid Hendy still owns a s&#t load of shares....he may have wanted to buy something???

Also Tomlinson is still very much involved in the company.

The hedging fiasco was a mistake but has been dealt with.....

I think the recent acquisitions will complement them fine. It allows them to get into the childrens'DVD market which is growing.

sure the SP is lagging but i think it is a good long term play....great yield as well.
