That is good news. Getting access to the Bateman/Tenova processes ensures that we will be able to (in future) to process more rapidly. It negates any potential competitive advantage from other processers using POSCO process (which is similar IIRC).
Market only cares about next quarter, this long term stuff is irrelevant to them.
