Yeah I know.....I never said it had to be a positive thought...
They reject an offer of $6.88 per share then come up with 'a plan' that smashes the share price to under $4. Even the more self absorbed and myopic board member must see that they now appear to warrant garish wigs, round red noses and face paint.
Just on the strength of this, I would want the board rolled. You set it in motion, you own the consequences........
