    Where are the watch dogs?? - has to be a broker to do a 18 dollar trade. the cost would be more than the value!

    Clearly someone wishing to buy more or do a cross trade at 1.8 cents but either way they want the price lower than 1.9

    And it wasn't left over stock as I can see because the trade was newly created

    Any thoughts?
