chart is set up for a re rate..management just have to re assure & get the funding nailed down and bingo we have a decent re rate,, last run was to 1.6 from .002 lift off a a range repetition move gives bingo your number 3 cents ,bigger picture i have 8 cent target ,, stratmin will be %100 bsm by first 1/4 next year is my crystal ball call.. and with the goal of a ramp up to 30000 tons plus it can be a $100 mill mkt cap producer.. i stress PRODUCER not kicking rocks... hopefully we are winding up for the big re rate ,, BSM has a big consolidation in the weekly which gives the chart power to move when it does.
