In this low oil price dip I would much prefer WPL did a share buyback to support SP and shareholders buying any shares offered to market under $30 than throw cash at the corrupt government clowns and tribal "contractors" in PNG. PNG doesn't exist on my investment map of the world, Anyone in the bottom 1/3 of the world corrupt countries index is a black hole as far as I am concerned for "risking" my hard earned.
