Chairman Mark Carnegie, BA and a BSc (Hons)Mr Carnegie has more than 30 years’ experience as an entrepreneur, investor and corporate adviser in New York, London and Sydney. He was a principal of Carnegie, Wylie & Company before the acquisition of that business by Lazard Limited and was previously the CEO of Lazard Australia Private Equity Pty Ltd (formerly LCW Private Equity Pty Ltd), Lazard’s Australian private equity business. Mr Carnegie established M.H. Carnegie & Co. Pty Ltd in 2010, a venture capital and private equity firm. Mr Carnegie is also a Director of Chandler Macleod Group Limited and a large number of private companies.Mr Carnegie was appointed Non-Executive Director on 9 August 2013 and Chairman on 11 September 2013. |

Managing Director David Wrench, B Eng (Mining) HonsMr Wrench has extensive commercial and management experience in Australia and North America resource sector focused on oil and gas, metal and coal project development. Mr Wrench was a co-founder and Director of coal seam gas pioneer CH4 Gas Limited and has been a Director of a number of private resource companies. He graduated with a Bachelor of Engineering (Mining) from the University of Sydney.Mr Wrench was appointed to the Board as Non-Executive Director on 29 October 1998 and appointed Managing Director on 30 September 2011. |

Non-Executive Director Simon Ashton, B Sc (Hons) M Sc MBAMr Ashton has over 40 years experience in the Australian and international petroleum and resources industries. He spent over 22 years with WMC Limited (WMC) holding various positions in Australia and Internationally in WMC’s petroleum divisions. Amongst other things, Mr Ashton established WMC’s USA petroleum subsidiary, Greenhill Petroleum, where he served as Senior Vice President in Houston, Texas.Mr Ashton co-founded Strike Energy Limited in 1997 and served as Managing Director until 30 September 2011. |

Having held a number of senior management positions with organisations such as QGC, QGCLNG, Santos and Rio Tinto, Ms Rowe recently established roweSMG a boutique advisory practice that advises clients on strategies to realise value from emerging and developing resource projects. During her career Ms Rowe has been involved in the management of a number of large scale contracts and procurement and construction projects.Ms Rowe was appointed to the Board as a Non-Executive Director on 30 June 2014. |

Chief Financial Officer & Company Secretary Mr Sean McGuinness, B.Com (Acc and Fin) , FCA, MAICDMr McGuinness joined Strike Energy Limited in the role of Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary after a finance career spanning 15 years in roles within the UK, US, Australia and Asia.With extensive experience in the areas of project finance, debt structuring and Mergers and Acquisition, Mr McGuinness joined Strike after holding the position of GM-Finance with an ASX top-200 listed Natural Resources Group with oversight and responsibility for the its global finance operations. Prior to this Mr McGuinness held the role of Chief Accountant with Rank Group Limited (New Zealand) where he was a key member of the management team that oversaw the various acquisition and financing transactions associated with the creation of the Reynolds Packaging Group. Prior to these roles he also spent a number of years in the UK and US working with the US oil and gas group ConocoPhillips, while also holding Senior roles with the professional services firms KPMG and PricewaterhouseCoopers in Australia.Mr McGuinness has responsibility for all aspects of Groups finance, corporate and company secretarial functions. |

Chief Operating Officer Chris ThompsonMr Thompson has over 20 years of oil and gas experience in Australia, the USA, Papua New Guinea and Indonesia. Mr Thompson has worked as a reservoir or petroleum engineer for a number of operating companies, including Oil Search, Novus Petroleum and Origin Energy and as Business Development Manager for Leed Petroleum. Mr Thompson Graduated with a Bachelor of Science (Geology) from QUT in 1991 and completed a Graduate Diploma in Reservoir Evaluation and Management from Heriot Watt University in 1994.Mr Thompson joined Strike in September 2012 and was promoted to the role of Chief Operating Officer effective 1 July 2014 with responsibity for all aspects of Strike’s exploration and evaluation activities. |
