The bottom line is retail investors are just pawns in a chess game. In 2008 Goldman sachs and all those bankers that stuffed up on deratives and had to be bailed out by the fed paid themselves huge bonuses. Us small shareholders should have a bigger voice but alas the boards of companies couldn't care less.
