Are you aware of any royalty agreement between the two. The link that Brant shared does imply that some pretty heavy royalties end up going back to the patent holders in the UK. It looks as if there is a chain of businesses involved and I'd be interested in establishing any liabilities for future income, when that may occur.
If OCL are going to license the technology then that just extends the royalty chain, maybe?
Also, do you know if there are business arrangements between OSL and pSivida, leave the office space?
