At $20, fair value for me would be EPS @ 160c for a PE of 12.5.
To accomplish this they'd need (very roughly) Oil and Iron Ore both @ $65 and USD @ 65c.
I see a lot of posts on commodity companies saying they're cheap, bargain, oversold etc... with no regard to what commodity exposure price they are set at.
EG. Even if a stock has fallen 50%, it could still be price for commodity price 30% higher than current.
