finding the thread is actually a research challenge for the new players !!!

but, seriously, well worth reading for "newbies", as well as those who have been around......
it actually took a while for posts like that of Freehold to sink in to my skull, and, i must say, i have finally learned in regard to taking losses...........if the money is gone, and there doesnt appear to be a quick return......then cut and run........pushing the button hurts, but then you soon feel the effects of having a cleansing, and you move on....
something else i picked up from a trader here.........i have said that i like to buy quietly, mainly in the illiquid stocks, but, there is a time, when, if you want a decent parcel, you have to advertise for it !...........to catch a bigger fish you will need a thicker line and a bigger hook !...........in other words, if you want a bigger parcel, it can pay to just put in the order, a big holder wont get flushed out if the volume isnt there
for sure, so much to learn, and then adapt it to your style of trading
