atm RFN valued at ~~91 cents approx market cap close to 100 MIL with 40K in revenue received.
So the folks at CHP after their first listing did some things really well.
Good product to start off
Revenue generating from day 1
Got it covered via stockbrokers
Put their skin in the game
Completed an acquisition immediately by utilizing their high valuation.
So one begs the question why such a wait for CMY to list ?
I have the following assumption all IMO for CMY to do better than RFN. This is the list of things the folks learned and are now looking to fully capitalize and improve on their knowledge
Revenue plays a big role in valuation
RTO , raise the value by strategic clients acquisition.
Get some coverage and broker involvement.
Complete a valued acquisition to cross sell on existing services.

Now if VAMP is the product subject to RTO , I did a brief analysis a while ago and I find that the additional 3 months is significantly used for VAMP to
Increase the existing client base by using the CHP/RFN connections
Increase revenue before listing
Prepare for broker coverage immediately
Get proposal ready and weed out bugs to make it a beta launch.
With the existing Mcap close to ~6 mil this should 20 bag and hit close to 100 MIL marketcap if they could show close to 100/150K in revenue purely based on the interest around the CHP/D4 people. I think there revenue may already be close to 45-50K/month.
