    I personally haven't reviewed in depth but agree there is some need to do so.

    One thing I reckon I can say...Hui Zhang isn't there for mining. He / she is there for tech.

    May just be needed to get this done and dusted to fit timelines, paperwork lodgements etc and then mayb and EGM to follow?

    Will read next day or two.
