    Ok so I spoke with the company and as stipulated in the company announcements, TON will hold 49% interest which equates to $5m, the dragon takes the other 51% which in slightly more capex just over $5m. Apparently, I'm not sure if it is explained like this in the company ANN and don't have time atm to check.
