Yep, not clear cut here; They purchased 43,333,333 on 21/10/14 and that represented 10% voting power at the time so probably their first purchase as otherwise they would have to have reported a change in voting power also..... The numbers don't add up which means;
a) They bought more between then and now, and now just dipped under "substantial holding"
b) they sold some before and now sold the rest, now having none
c) they still have around 10,000,000
Could also have been a coordinated sale to singapore investors, or at least a coordinated attempt to keep the price down for them.
I don't think it really matters to be honest.
