You mugs out there need to understand the complexities of building these apps. If you don't know, I suggest you do some research and go and speak to someone that does. In my opinion, the installs have been far greater than expected and I don't think zip's infrastructure was ready for the massive volumes/usages/etc. Hence, you try and build to what is required and also include extra as well as a build at a required cost. Over time you need to modify/improve/change etc. but as long as you have competent people doing it you should be fine to adapt. I think it was only the other week I couldn't use Skype all day so it shows that no matter how big you are, you will never always have a perfect product as things will come up. Patience people. Go to the beach and chill out for a few days or something then come back when you are not so edgy.
