That's the strangest trading halt explanation i've seen in a while.
"The reason for the trading halt is that yesterday evening, the directors of Keybridge became aware of legal proceedings to which it is not a party, which may, depending on the precise circumstances, have the effect of requiring Keybridge to make an announcement to ASX"
