I think you are drawing on some mistaken causality.
Has it occurred to you that the real reason that everybody is running for the hills is not because of which analyst said wrote what, but because the company remains - despite listing on NASDAQ - underfunded, and that before long the market's focus will once again be on the fact that they have very few quarters' worth of cash on hand?
