no I certainly wasn't "shooting the messenger". I appreciated your report from the conversation you had with Brett. My point was that if you were confident of Brett's response about no need for disclosure, then the maybe the we can presume a not so negative slant on the TH.
So, if Brett saw no material changes to operations that would necessitate disclosure and he saw no reasons for a CR, what could possibly be the issue? Maybe the mining plan is the problem. No changes could also mean costs continuing at an unsustainable level.
As much as I want to hope for a positive ann, all the signs are negative.
