However, if there are no big serious buyers and/or no good news, the sp must go down and down coz sellers like this come out from time to time and may cause panic and scare potential buyers.

As far as the sp is concerned, there isn't much we can do as individual holders. It is the company's responsibility to identify the root cause of this long-lasted pitifully low sp and do something to trigger a decent turnaround. e.g. launch a marketing campaign to promote the company and make it more visible to the general public (who are major audience and potential investors on the share market) as well as biotech institutions and professionals and more importantly pique their interest in investing in pab.
