"Orocobre has funded JEMSE through an interest free loan for its capital contribution and will be re-paid with one third of the anticipated dividend stream to JEMSE." It was a pretty good deal for JEMSE but by the same token a good deal for ORE to be able to unlock the Olaroz asset.
