An ill-conceived statement. It hit 0.078c today on the last day before the offer closes. Only in the last couple of days has it gone sub 8c so everyone who took up their allotment when the SP was higher saved cash and those who took it up when the SP was dead on 8c at the very least saved on brokerage.
