Val, you might be too emotionally invested in looking for negatives on this stock. 2 or 3 days of lost production is insignificant. How many days a week do they work? If it's only 5 then that's 3 days out of 260 for a 52 week year or 1.15%. That would be easily fixed just by running some overtime over a few weeks if really necessary.
