Yep would have to agree...
And yet PEN is around 9x BOE's market cap. They do appear to have more reserves, but not anywhere near enough to warrant a valuation factor of 9.
I can't see BOE being this cheap for long...with Uranium prices expected to rise in the near to medium term.
