I understand your comment, however you may or may not be aware of the massive amount of work that have been undertaken by the Nuheara team to get the prototype ready and running by Jan16. On top of that they raised the funds they needed for the prototype fairly quickly, demonstrating the strong financial backing they have. The problem they have faced is not different from what other few back door listings have had (eg. Bitcoin Group), the regulator seems to be doing more scrutiny in the latest back door listing than before, and this has provoked an unwanted delay, although they allowed to raise the $500K so if this company would be a "train wreck", as you described it, the regulators wouldn't have allowed the CR to happen. I am very optimistic that this company will grow and succeed, year 2016 will be very very exciting.
