Yeah, I think investors could take legal action against PPH. They obviously knew way before the Trading halt, and didnt make any announcement.
Even more, I cant recall PPH ever making any comment about TGA auditing them for Travacalm. Has anyone seen this announcement? THe investigation began in January or February I have read somewhere.
