Hear you Simmo. I couldn't bring myself to completely exit, but I have "right-sized" for now.
Re NASDAQ, I was thinking a little more outside the square. First making one big assumption - that the CVT international partners see value in CVT staying independent and not-American, then a few piddling (for them) pre-payments would dramatically change the CVT revenue line and create an environment where CVT could then .play in a much more tech-friendly investor climate. That all presupposes that CVT is indeed global best-of-breed...but I haven't seen any serious arguments to the contrary.
Just shooting the breeze...
