Not quite getting this ann.....why would the ACCC engage with the co after the proceedings commenced..surely the ACCC and ACO would want to talk about it now? Whichever it seems that the ACCC are open to suggestions on how to fix the issues? Leads me to my next Q why would the ACCC just send papers to ACO without telling them why they are going to court? go figure?
